Referral Program Terms

Effective July 20, 2026. These are the customer-facing terms linked from every promotion.

1. Overview.

Refer a healthcare professional to Plannery. When your referral signs up free for the Plannery AI coach using your referral link, you each receive a $5 electronic gift card. These Terms govern your participation and are in addition to the Plannery Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Program period.

‍The program runs from July 20, 2026 through September 30, 2026. Plannery may extend, shorten, pause, or renew the program at its discretion. Only qualifying signups that occur during the program period (as it may be extended) are eligible for rewards.

3. Who can participate.

You (the referrer) must be a current Plannery user, at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and in good standing. Your referral (the referee) must be a new user with no existing Plannery account, at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and a credentialed healthcare professional or employed in a hospital or healthcare setting. Eligibility is based on self-attestation, and Plannery may verify it. Plannery employees and contractors, and members of their households, are not eligible. For this initial program, residents of the State of Washington are not eligible to participate as a referrer or a referee.

4. How to share.

Plannery gives you a unique referral link. Share it only with people you personally know, through channels where the recipient is willing to hear from you. Do not send unsolicited bulk texts or emails, post your link to purchased or public lists, or use any automated messaging. Sharing that violates these Terms or any anti-spam or telemarketing law, including the TCPA and the CAN-SPAM Act, will void the related rewards. Do not send referral messages to anyone located in the State of Washington.

5. What counts as a qualifying signup.

A referral qualifies only when your referee, using your link, completes signup by providing the identity information Plannery requires and authorizing a soft credit inquiry, and then reaches their Plannery dashboard with the AI coach. A soft inquiry does not affect the referee's credit score. Each person may be referred only once; duplicate or previously registered referees do not qualify.

6. No purchase or loan necessary.

No purchase is required to participate. The referee is not required to apply for or accept any loan, and rewards do not depend on loan approval or on the referee's creditworthiness. Approval for any Plannery product is never guaranteed.

7. Rewards.

You receive one $5 electronic gift card for each qualifying referral, and your referred professional receives one $5 electronic gift card for their qualifying signup. There is no cap on the number of people you may refer or the number of rewards you may earn. Each person may be referred only once. Plannery may withhold or reverse rewards for suspected abuse as described in Section 10, and may introduce a cap or other limits in the future under Section 15.

8. Payment.

Rewards are issued approximately 15 days after your referee's qualifying signup, as long as the referral remains in compliance with these Terms and has not been reversed under Section 10. Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address on your Plannery account and are subject to the issuing provider's terms. Plannery may substitute a gift card of equal value or a different issuer. Gift cards are issued for promotional purposes and may carry an expiration date and terms disclosed on the card or with the reward. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

9.  Taxes.

Referral rewards may be taxable. You are responsible for any taxes owed on rewards you receive. Plannery may request tax information and may issue tax forms where required by law.

10.  Fraud, multiple accounts, and reversal.

Plannery may withhold, revoke, or reclaim rewards and suspend your participation if it suspects fraud, ineligibility, self-referral, or any violation of these Terms. Creating or using more than one account, or additional accounts, to earn extra rewards is prohibited. Self-referrals, and referring yourself through another account, are not permitted. If, within the 15-day period before a reward is issued, the referee deletes or cancels their account or is found ineligible, the related reward is void and may be reclaimed. Plannery's eligibility and reward decisions are final.

11. Privacy.

Personal information collected during signup is handled under the Plannery Privacy Policy. Share only your referral link. Do not submit another person's personal information to Plannery on their behalf.

12.  Employer and sponsor conflicts.

Where a referee's employer sponsors Plannery as an employee benefit, participation is subject to any applicable employer or sponsor agreement. Plannery may exclude referrals, or modify or withhold rewards, to the extent necessary to comply with those agreements or applicable policy.

13.  State availability.

Plannery may offer, limit, modify, or withhold the program by state, and may add or remove eligible states at its discretion, including to comply with state law. The program is void where prohibited. For this initial program, it is not available in the State of Washington.

14.  Severability.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable in a jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. An invalid provision in one state does not affect the validity of these Terms in other states.

15. Changes and ending the program.

Plannery may change, pause, or end the program at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice. This includes adjusting reward amounts and adding, lowering, or removing any cap or limit on the number of referrals or rewards. Changes apply going forward and will not affect rewards you have already earned.

16. Limitation of liability and disclaimer.

The program is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plannery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the program, and its total liability related to the program will not exceed the value of the rewards you were eligible to earn. This section is subject to and supplemented by the limitation-of-liability and dispute-resolution provisions of the Plannery Terms of Service.

17.  General.

The program is void where prohibited and is open to U.S. residents only. It is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, consistent with the Plannery Terms of Service, and is subject to the arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, and San Mateo County, California forum-selection provisions of the Plannery Terms of Service.
